Initiating a Refund: How to Request One?

If you find yourself needing to cancel an order, kindly submit a refund request form with the following information:

  • Product name
  • Your order ID, reference number, or transaction ID
  • The email address you used during the purchase
  • The valid reason for requesting a refund.

Per the terms outlined below, we'll process your refund request within 24 hours on business days.

We offer free trial versions for most of our software, so you can test it before buying. These trial versions let you experience the full functionality with limited usage or provide a restricted final step (e.g., displaying recoverable data without performing the actual recovery).

This way, you can ensure the software meets your needs before placing an order. Our 30-day Money Back Guarantee offers a fair and transparent system that protects your interests.

After this period, we can't cancel orders due to the try-before-you-buy nature of our service. Refunds will only be provided under the following conditions:

When a Refund is Appropriate

Clevosoft will issue refunds within 30 days of purchase under the following circumstances. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment account:

  1. Persistent technical issues with the purchased software, with no resolution, were provided within 30 days. In such cases, Clevosoft will refund the product price if you prefer not to wait for an update.
  2. Duplicate purchase of the same product or two products with similar functions. Clevosoft will refund the cost of one product or offer a product exchange.
  3. Accidental purchase of optional Extended Download Service (EDS) or Registration Backup Service (RBS). We'll assist you in contacting the payment platform to refund the cost of EDS or RBS.
  4. Non-receipt of the registration code within 24 hours after purchase and no timely response (within 48 hours) from our support team after reaching out. Clevosoft may cancel the order and provide a refund upon request.
  5. Unawareness of an auto-renew order and non-receipt of the auto-renew notification in your email inbox. Contact us at support@clevosoft.com within 7 days of the auto-renewal for a refund.
  6. Multiple charges for a single product due to technical issues with the payment platform or other technical reasons. Clevosoft will only charge once for one product and refund the extra payments.

When a refund is issued, the associated license will be deactivated, and you must uninstall the software and remove it from your computer.

When a Refund is Not Appropriate

We can't offer refunds under the following circumstances. However, we may provide a product exchange if the one you've purchased doesn't suit your needs:

  1. Price differences between products from different regions or sellers.
  2. Purchase of a similar product from another provider.
  3. Intentional repeat purchases of similar products.
  4. Violation of our sales activity requirements.
  5. Non-product-related issues include purchasing the wrong program, downloading the wrong version, insufficient disk space on your computer, or changing your mind after purchasing.
  6. Credit card fraud or unauthorized payments. Clevosoft works with third-party payment processing services, so we cannot monitor authorization during payment. Please get in touch with your card issuer to resolve such matters. Clevosoft is always ready to help if we can.
  7. Misunderstanding or lack of clarity about the product's features and capabilities due to not reading the product description carefully before purchasing.
  8. Failure to receive the registration code within two hours after placing a successful order. Clevosoft's system automatically sends a registration email once payment is received. However, there might be delays due to internet or system failures, email spam settings, email typos, etc.
  9. Refusal to cooperate with Clevosoft's support team in troubleshooting the problem and applying the provided solutions without a valid reason.
  10. Refund requests without any specific reason.

Confirming Your Order and Getting Started

As soon as your purchase is complete, you'll get an email confirming your order. This email will include your product registration code and a link to download the software.

Please keep this email safe; it is proof of purchase and will be needed for any refund requests or support-related inquiries.

Refund Timeline

Once your refund request gets the green light, we'll process it within five business days. Keep in mind that it could take 7-10 business days for the refunded amount to show up in your original payment account, depending on your bank's processing times.
